PWA - Public Works Administration
It was created by the National Industrial Recovery Act in June 1933 in response to the Great Depression.

FHA - Federal Housing Administration
It insured loans made by banks and other private lenders for home building and home buying. The goals of this organization are to improve housing standards and conditions, provide an adequate home financing system through insurance of mortgage loans, and to stabilize the mortgage market.

NIRA - National Industrial Recovery Act
The National Industrial Recovery Act (NIRA) was enacted by Congress in June 1933 and was one of the measures by which President Franklin D. Roosevelt sought to assist the nation's economic recovery during the Great Depression. The passage of NIRA ushered in a unique experiment in U.S. economic history—the NIRA sanctioned, supported, and in some cases, enforced an alliance of industries.
It was about Roosevelt idea to try to fix the econmic during the great depression.
FLSA - Fair Labor Standards Act
The Fair Labor Standards Act which prescribes standards for the basic minimum wage and overtime pay, affects most private and public employment.

SSA - Social Security Act

During The Great dression they were going throuw all this people did not know what to do. When Roosevelt came up with this plain to help people they liked the idea goverment will help you and get you back on track cause the Great Dression did a big impack on peoples life.
